Right after this happened to Snoop, I was in touch with Zuke's, and soon after, Patrick. I explained to him the whole situation, that I had a doctor's note stating based on the fact that nothing else changed with Snoop's diet, she believed the pancreatitis may have been incited by the Zuke's bone. Patrick wanted to take responsibility, if it was his to take. More importantly, he wanted one main point to come across, "I really care about your dog". Apparently, you do not, Patrick. At least you don't care enough to make it a priority to get in touch with me. Well, you called back once and left me a voicemail message stating how eager you were to get this resolved and your hope that "Snoop is doing ok". But you haven't persisted. I'm a stay-at-home mom.
